Jean-Claude Killey is an unflappable strategic thinker, whose practice covers diverse aspects of civil, commercial and administrative law litigation. J.C., who represents clients in both English and French, has particular expertise in commercial matters including contract disputes, shareholder and partnership issues, defamation, and administrative law litigation such as judicial reviews. He also acts as prosecutor in professional discipline matters for regulatory bodies and acts on estate litigation matters.

Active in Toronto’s legal community, J.C. is a past member of The Advocates’ Society’s Regulatory and Administrative Law Practice Group, and a past Chair of the Administrative Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association. He has consistently been recognized by organizations including Best Lawyers in Canada, Benchmark Litigation, and Lexpert.
