We are pleased to announce that Benchmark Litigation Canada has recognized Paliare Roland’s role in Reference re An Act respecting First Nations, Inuit and Métis children, youth and families, 2024 SCC 5, a pivotal Supreme Court of Canada decision with more than 30 interveners, with an Impact Case Award for representing the Congress of Aboriginal Peoples, with a team led by Andrew Lokan and Glynnis Hawe.
