Glynnis Hawe

Glynnis Hawe enjoys tackling novel and complex legal issues, and has earned a reputation as a sophisticated and thoughtful advocate. She acts as counsel in all manner of commercial and employment disputes, professional regulatory matters, judicial reviews and appeals, constitutional cases, and as union-side counsel in civil litigation.

Grounded in a commitment to advocacy and social justice, Glynnis has represented the CCLA at the Divisional Court of Ontario, and the Congress of Aboriginal Peoples and Progress Toronto at the Supreme Court of Canada. She regularly provides pro bono legal services with Pro Bono Ontario and as duty counsel at the Superior Court of Justice.
