Lindsay Scott is a business-minded litigator that finds practical solutions to a wide range of employment and commercial disputes. She regularly advises both executives and employers on termination and contract negotiations, compensation disputes, and other workplace issues. She is also frequently retained to conduct or advise organizations and individuals on highly sensitive workplace investigations. Lindsay has represented businesses and individuals at all levels of court in Ontario, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
In both 2023 and 2024, Benchmark Litigation named Lindsay its Labour & Employment Litigator of the Year. Lindsay has received numerous other industry recognitions, including:
